Using this technology, the maintenance technician or the operator can communicate and show in real time what they see to the service, keeping their hands free and safe while working on the machine. During the call, the maintenance technician will hear the voice of the service and will be able to see on the screen of the smart glasses: manuals, images, messages, annotations sent by the remote service or he can focus on a specific point indicated in real time by the service.

Starting to use the Smart Glasses is easy and fast: the operator simply needs to start the call from a PC, tablet or smartphone, then, once the communication with the Service has started, he simply needs to frame the QR code that he will see on the screen with the Smart Glasses to switch from the use of the PC to the use of the glasses.
